The Brown family business, which united the artistic heritage of A.R. Brown and his son Terry S., was born in Chellaston (Derby), England, in 1986. Although the founder – sculptor and artist A. Brown – had already created works of art from pewter long before that.
Every hand-made element: from design to hand casting – exclusively from English pewter, which gives the collection its uniqueness. Particular attention is paid to detailed images of animals and birds, embodied in badges, brooches, pendants and key rings. These works of art have become iconic all over the world thanks to the author’s marking on the back of the products.
Today, the creative soul of the company is Terry Brown – the son of the founder, who absorbed a passion for sculpture, animals and jewelry art from childhood. His work is marked TS Brown as well as the classic A.R., both symbolizing the highest quality, mastery of detail and membership in the elite of the world’s pewter manufacturers.
