Jewelry brands

The origin of the Roget jewelry brand took place in Oakland, New Jersey, in the early seventies of the 20th century – more precisely, in 1971. The short period of existence of this trademark covered less than twenty years; the official registration of the brand under the auspices of M.G.M. Incorporated took place in 1976, and this stage of history ended in 1998.

The design feature of Roget products was virtuoso filigree, a combination of relief and smooth patterns, the use of gilding and silver, enamel techniques coupled with the use of semi-precious stones. This created a unique style for each piece of jewelry.

During the 1970s and 1980s, Roget followed market trends by releasing exclusive collections of costume jewelry as part of marketing campaigns: from delicate pendants and chains to luxurious necklaces, brooches and earrings.
