
The Mark Mercy (M&M Designs) jewelry brand was created by American designer Mark Mercy.
At the beginning of his career, Mercy worked at Stanley Hagler’s studio in New York, and after the owner’s death in the mid-1990s, he began producing jewelry under his own brand.

Biography of Mark Mercy
Mark Mercy was born in Brooklyn (New York). Since childhood, he was interested in design, creating miniatures for doll houses.
In 1979, Mercy became an apprentice at Stanley Hagler, learning to create jewelry using the hand technique that became the company’s signature style.

In 1983, Hagler moved the business to Florida, and Mercy followed him. He became an important member of the team, and after Hagler’s health deteriorated, he took over the management of the company.
In the early 1990s, Mercy began producing jewelry under his own brand, M&M Designs, while continuing to work for Hagler.
