Repko Mikhail Alekseevich was born in 1961 in the city of Rostov-on-Don.

In 1987 he graduated from the graphic arts department of the Rostov State Pedagogical Institute.

From 1987 to 1991 he taught at the Criminal Procedure Code of the Zheleznodorozhny District of Rostov-on-Don. From 2000 to 2002 he worked as a methodologist of the 1st category of the department of folk art in the Don State Center for Folk Art in Rostov-on-Don.

Since 1979, honing his skills, the author embodies in his works the diversity of the motley palette of the real world and the fictional world.

In 2004 he joined the Creative Union of Artists.
