Contemporary art by Roberto Burle Marx is featured in the new HStern jewellery collection.
The works of the outstanding Brazilian landscape designer Roberto Burle Marx (1909-1994) represent a unified embodiment of modernist aesthetics. In numerous and intriguing drawings of abstract forms, geometric figures are mixed with sharp curves to create unique patterns full of contrasting shades. These characteristic motifs inspired the creative team of HStern to create a new jewellery collection.

The gardens and parks designed by the great designer organically combine lush plants and strict architectural forms against the backdrop of a natural landscape. A passion for nature and an individual artistic signature can be discerned in all his creations: colorful canvases, tapestries, mosaic tiles, sculptures and even the iconic Copacabana promenade in Rio de Janeiro.

From the point of view of jewelry art, the work of Roberto Burle Marx, rich in a palette of shades, a variety of shapes and proportions, has received a vivid embodiment in the new eponymous jewelry collection Burle Marx from HStern. Earrings, rings and a pendant combine in their design right angles and the smoothness of sinuous lines. They are made of yellow gold, encrusted with diamonds and decorated with black quartz.
