Barry Parman is a former London theatre set designer who began his career in the world of costume jewellery at the turn of the seventies. His works were distinguished by the use of classic materials: metal alloys, rhinestones and crystals, as well as exquisite enamel.
Parman created unique jewellery for the world’s leading jewellery houses, such as the Linda Bee brand. His original works are highly valued among connoisseurs of vintage jewellery and collectors for their exclusivity.

Tragically, the master’s creative activity ended on February 21, 1990 with his death.
Vintage catalogues and auctions are becoming the only source of finding Barry Parman’s works – this is not an easy task, given their rarity.
A special place in the designer’s legacy is occupied by the brooch “Gatsby Girl of the 1920s” (made of black and gray plastic with enamel, decorated with transparent rock crystal; size – 9 cm), created in 1975.
